Kathy Cook graduated in 1993 from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. She earned a Master of Materials Engineering degree at Auburn University while working in engineering and sales positions within the semiconductor equipment industry. She has worked for Applied Materials, Millipore Corporation, ULVAC Technologies and now SUSS MicroTec. Kathy is now the Business Development Manager for Wafer Bonding in North America for SUSS. One of her main points of focus is the emerging and rapidly growing 3DIC market.
